A. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke handbags (including custom materials, hardware, or private labeling), these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We mitigate risks by providing detailed high-resolution photos and videos of the finished product for your approval before shipment.

B. Ready-to-Ship Items

Standard items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all protective films, tags, and original packaging intact.

Natural Variations (Non-Defects)

Natural leather characteristics (veins, slight grain variations).
Color differences due to monitor calibrations.
Minor measurement tolerances (within 1-2cm).
